Unleash your potential with The IrriGators! As a Water Wizard, you’ll be at the forefront of beautifying our community while conserving precious water resources. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimizing irrigation systems to ensure that every lawn thrives. With your skills at the ready, you’ll help create flourishing landscapes throughout Dallas!

Compensation

- We're offering between $18 and $25 per hour because we believe excellence should be rewarded generously!

- Commission bonus on sales 1-5% depending on performance! up to $1200 added per paycheck!

Responsibilities:

- Installation: Installing new irrigation systems, including pipes, valves, pumps, and controllers.

- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance, such as checking for leaks and replacing damaged components.

- Repair: Diagnosing and repairing irrigation system issues, including electrical and hydraulic problems.

- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues to ensure proper system functionality.

- Testing: Confirming systems deliver proper water distribution and efficiency.

- System Optimization: Adjusting systems to enhance water usage and plant health.

- Client Interaction: Engaging with customers to tailor solutions for their needs.

- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate work and materials records.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and guidelines.

- Inventory Management: Overseeing the inventory of repair and replacement parts.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of actual irrigation experience.

- Be teachable, trainable, and always eager to learn.

- Must become a licensed technician within the first 6 months of hire (we’ll help you do it!)
